York River Hall is a freshman Residence Hall located at 300 University Place at CNU. York River Hall consists of both York River East and York River West. These two buildings each consisting of 16 halls, are located between the Ferguson Center for the Arts and the David Student Union. The York lawn opens to the southern exit of the Student Union; creating an aesthetically pleasing and spacious area which is used primarily by the freshmen residing in York River Hall.

A-side of York West faces the current student center, and A-side of York East faces the Ferguson Center.

York River Hall is currently run by Jerry Roeder and Ryan Brown, while there is a search for a new Hall Director after the departure of Erin Foote, who received a new position at V-Tech, in February. York is also maintained by 16 RAs, many FDAs, and the York Hall Council.Template:Updateneed
