Attend a Campus Activities Board-sponsored event, such as a movie, live performance, or presentation
Participate in a club or Greek Life organization
Seek out one of the many parties
Go to one of the religious meet groups
Cheer athletic teams
... Go to classes?
Sleep in, eat, and play video games, while writing your paper
Alternately, be healthy and exercise.
Discuss intellectual themas (oh, n/m, wrong school).
Do research, a Hack (Cultural), or something to add to the the school.

~~swim in the fountain~~ Nope. Add soap or similar to the fountain. Then swim in it!
Find all the random bodies of waters before and after-storms. This is easy to do, all you have to do is walk on the sidewalks, and you will have some fine wet feet before you know it.
