West Campus
- James River Hall: Mostly an upperclassmen hall located closest to the instramural fields.
- Santoro Hall: The oldest residence hall at CNU.
- York River Hall: Freshmen hall build Fall of 2002 which is made up of a East and West building.
- Potomac River Hall: The newest freshmen hall build near a controversial statue.

East Campus
- CNU Village: Newest residence hall on campus complete with ground level shops and a parking deck.
- Barclay: Old dilapidated apartment buildings.
- Warwick Apartments: Hole in the wall apartments usually given to those who get the scraps of the housing lottery.
- CNU Apartments: Five adjacent buildings right behind Barclay.
