IEEE stands for "Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers". An international committee, it produces many important standards used in industry and technology today. This page refers to a local chapter organized and staffed by students at CNU.

- Faculty Sponsor - Dr. Riedl, the sponsor, is also willing to accept inquiries. His office is in Gosnold on the first floor.

- CNUpedia - An encyclopedia for the CNU community.
- Security Group - Investigation of security and hacking techniques.
- Amplifier Group - Construction of simple amplifiers
- CNU IEEE Website - Compose a web site for CNU IEEE.

Past Projects and Managers
This section lists some of the old IEEE projects. Many of them never got past an initial implementation stage.
- CNUpedia - The encyclopedia was founded by Marshall Huss.
- Developer - A software development portal, in the same vein as Sourceforge. It was originally managed by Chris Hewitt.
- Robocode - A project for getting students involved in the Robocode AI simulation engine. It was managed by Tony Oswald.
- CNU Geocaching - Informal scavenger hunts on campus. Originally assigned to Wesley Jowitt.
- CNU IEEE Website (original) - A web site specifically devoted to CNU IEEE. Managed by Eric Pasch. It was taken down by Jon Gomez.
- Notebook - A wiki for students to share class notes. Managed originally by Chris Hewitt.
