Efforts by various people (sometimes even undertaken by the encyclopedia or by IEEE at large!), the underlying pages of these works may be more dynamic, and certainly have as significance not merely that they expose some part of the campus but reflect its continuing growth and evolving intentions. As opposed to Category:Culture, which denotes pages having a dynamic social meaning to the school, Projects are usually more formal and backed by a specific group, and are more intentional in nature than expressive per se.
These pages might contain such things as manifestos, planning, and historical summaries. Or they might describe the background to ongoing efforts with a link to where these efforts explain themselves.
