Overview

Located on East Campus, the CNU Apartments are leased to students on a 12-month basis; every year two buildings only have ten month leases so they can be renovated over the summer. There are two, three, and four bedroom apartments in each building. Each apartment contains:

  • Washer and dryer
  • Dishwasher
  • Full-size refrigerator
  • Garbage disposal
  • Microwave
  • Range
  • Industrial carpeting
  • Furnished living room
  • Fourth floor apartments also have a vaulted ceiling

Each bedroom contains:

  • Private bath (toilet, shower/bath, and sink)
  • Campus internet connection
  • VOIP phone
  • Basic cable
  • Study desk w/ chair
  • Bed (36" x 80")
  • Private closet
  • Blinds
